Dr. Vincenzo Figliomeni

BDSc (UWA) FRACDS (GDP) FPFA FICD

Vincenzo is a broadly experienced and highly trained dentist who has the ability to identify and diagnose as well as treat and/or coordinate a majority of dental issues. He completed a Fellowship in general dental practice with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. His professional experience is continuously supplemented, examples include further training to treat orthodontic cases with Invisalign®, smile rehabilitation with crowns/veneers, dentofacial aesthetics to safely administer muscle relaxants, the placement and restoration of dental implants, paediatric management, trauma management and rural and remote dental health care delivery. Vincenzo is committed to continued learning and stays up to date with the latest professional courses, materials and techniques to ensure his patients are well cared for and enjoys providing a holistic and broad range of services in his diverse skillset for the benefit of his patients.

Having decided to embark on further qualification with an aim to attaining the highest level of achievement with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS), he completed his primary examinations for Fellowship in 2015 achieving commendations in 5 of the 6 subjects. 2019 saw the completion of the final examination and Vincenzo had the honour of being admitted to Fellowship, elected a member of the RACDS WA Regional Committee and also serving federal roles for the College. Aside from private practice, Vincenzo serves as an On-Call Registrar at the Perth Children’s/Princess Margaret Hospitals since 2011 and also works to deliver remote oral health care through the Royal Flying Doctor Service WA.

Born and raised in Albany, WA, Vincenzo Figliomeni enjoyed a hands on and practical country upbringing. Here he divided his time between music (piano accordion, french horn and trumpet to name just a few), deep-sea fishing and chopping wood on farms. He loves making improvements- homes, gardens and lifestyle. (Not just improving mouths!) Still an avid gardener today, Vincenzo attributes his green thumb (and his knack for growing broad beans) to his Italian heritage and has an unhealthy drive to having his lawn looking like a putting green.

Vincenzo was encouraged to work hard and pursue his goals, and so, on completing high school he moved to Perth to live and study independently. In 2008 he qualified as a dentist, completing his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Western Australia (UWA). He is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and a Fellow of the RACDS.

He has also been admitted to Fellowship with the international honorary organizations- The Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentists, for meritorious contributions to Dentistry in Australia.

Dr. Angela Pathmanathan

BDSc(UWA) BScDent (Hons)

Angela is a friendly, caring and gentle dentist, dedicated to providing quality dental care to patients from all walks of life. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Science in 2008 and subsequently an Honours degree both at UWA and has over a decade of experience. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA).

Angela enjoys and is experienced in all aspects of dentistry, in particular aesthetic dentistry and the removal of wisdom teeth. She is also passionate about surgical implant techniques used for replacing missing teeth, Invisalign® (or ‘invisible braces’) and has further training in dentofacial aesthetics to safely administer muscle relaxants and dermal fillers.

Angela regularly participates in professional development activities to expand her knowledge and stay up to date with dental advances. She has volunteered for numerous organisations including Australian Red Cross meals on wheels service, and has provided dental aid in Calcutta, India. In her spare time, she loves yoga, tennis, cooking and travelling.

Dr. Navkiran (Nikki) Singh

Dr Nikki is a friendly, gentle, and down-to-earth general family dentist with 17 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. She graduated from UWA in 2008, in the same class cohort as Dr Angela & Dr Vincenzo.

She endeavours to create a warm and welcoming clinical atmosphere where patients feel supported, respected and confident in their dental care. Nikki is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits, taking the time to listen, explain treatments clearly and provide care with a calm and compassionate approach. Nikki believes in building long-term relationships with families and is committed to providing high-quality preventative and restorative dentistry to help maintain and improve oral health for life.

Outside of dentistry, Nikki is devoted to her husband (also a dentist!) and her two daughters and her very large extended family with whom she loves to travel and share much family time with. She is also astute at finding the best food places in Perth and can be often located hovering around a brewing coffee. She also enjoys pilates and reading.

Saffron

Saffron has been a qualified Dental Assistant for well over a decade having an intermission to raise her now adult children. She returned to dentistry as she missed caring for patients and contributing to improving patients' self-esteem & wellbeing through their smiles. She also enjoys the continual learning involved in dentistry. In her spare time she enjoys camping, gym and is a personal wellbeing enthusiast.

Alicia

Alicia brings almost 20 years of experience in dental assisting, with a strong focus on patient care, efficiency, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door. Her extensive knowledge and calm, approachable and bubbly nature make her a valued part of the team and a trusted support to both clinicians and patients alike.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her son and values the balance of family life alongside her long-standing career in the dental industry. In her spare time, she also enjoys hiking, gardening and the outdoors, ties to her New Zealand country background.

Jenelle

Jenelle is a friendly, qualified and experienced Dental Assistant, having spent almost a decade in the dental field. She started her career as a Dental Receptionist, where she discovered her passion for patient care and subsequently moved into clinical assisting.

Jenelle has worked across specialist paediatric, general, and also hospital settings. She loves helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and supported during their visits. Known for her gentle approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised clinical environment she helps contribute towards the highest standards of patient care.

When she’s not at work, Jenelle is a proud mum of three and enjoys spending quality time with her family and has the baking skills and abilities of Zumbo.

Amy

Amy completed her Certificate in Dental Assisting while undertaking a traineeship at Amore Dental. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable during their dental visits and loves to see patients’ confidence grow throughout their treatment journey. Amy takes great pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment and can be found in any spare time making sure the surgeries are clean and hygienic.

She enjoys to create with needle art, crochet and other crafts and travel.

Lily

Is a dedicated Dental Assistant with 18 years of experience in the dental industry and earned her Dental Assisting Certificate in 2008 from the New Zealand Dental Association. She is a hardworking, reliable, easy-going and committed to supporting both patients and the dental team.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys cooking and baking to hone on her creativity and attention to detail. She also enjoys watching TV shows and playing indoor sports, particularly bowling, as a way to relax and stay active.
